Well, sh*t happens! But that is A-OK! We will happily offer exchanges, returns and store credit within 14 days of purchase date.

Ordered the wrong size? No problem! We can have this arranged although it will depend on availability of stock.

We won’t accept returns if items are:

  • Worn, damaged or marked in anyway (c’mon ladies!).
  • Items without their tags attached.
  • Items that haven’t been approved by us for a return (email confirmation is a must!).
  • Items that are marked ‘sale’ or purchased through our online warehouse sale are final and returns will not be accepted.

Hit us up at with proof of purchase (aka receipt, order number etc.) as well as your reason for return (give us the deets!) and we’ll get in touch. Please note we have the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet above conditions. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (better to be safe than sorry!), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please allow up to 5 business for us to arrange a return.

Store Credit

Store credit can be used to make future purchases and are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
