Oops! I have accidently put the wrong shipping address on my order, can I change it?

Yes, you can! But please make sure you do so within 24 hours of making your purchase. Any time after this your order may be processed and we cannot then make any changes. Please ensure you email us

What happens if I haven’t received my item/s in the time specified?

Firstly, don’t panic!

If you have a tracking number, then simply track your item via Australia Post Tracking. However, if not, please get in touch with us and we can provide you with an update. Please keep in mind that in some instances it is out of our control on delivery dates/times.

What condition do the item/s need to be in to be eligible for a return/exchange?

Your item/s need to be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, washing powder, fake tan, animal hair and any stains. Item/s shouldn’t have any signs of wear and tear and must be in the original condition when received.

Oh no, I’ve received a damaged item. What should I do?

Eeek! That’s not good! But have no fear, please get in touch with us ( and we can get it sorted.

Is your sizing chart accurate?

Yes, however please read item descriptions as we make sizing suggestions based on fabric and/or materials used. If you are unsure, please reach out to us and we can always help!

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

If you want to make sure you’re able to get your hands on one of the items, we suggest you move quick! Some items are one off and won’t be restocked. However, some items can make a comeback by popular demand. So, send us an email or ensure you are subscribed to receive our e-newsletters.
